Chi sono / About me

Laureata in Filologia, Letteratura e Tradizione classica e diplomata presso la Scuola di Archivistica, Paleografia e Diplomatica, la mia grande passione è la rievocazione storica medievale, alla quale mi sono avvicinata molti anni fa. Il periodo di cui mi occupo è la seconda metà del XIV secolo: mi interessano in particolare la cultura materiale, la storia della moda, soprattutto quella femminile, e la storia della mia città, Imola. Amo sia il lavoro di ricerca su fonti iconografiche e documentarie sia cimentarmi in tentativi ricostruttivi, in particolare legati all'ambito tessile. Attualmente sono la Presidente del gruppo storico Civitas Alidosiana.

I graduated in Classical philology, Literature and Tradition and later I studied to become an archivist, but my great passion is medieval re-enactment, that started many years ago. I'm focused on the 2nd half of the 14th century: I'm interested in material culture, history of costume - expecially women's fashon - and history of my hometown, Imola. I love to research on iconographical and written sources and also to try to make my own reconstructions, expecially the textile-related ones. I am now the President of the living history group Civitas Alidosiana.
